Veggie Wrap - almost raw


Today is Day27 since I started my raw food but acutually not 100% raw food. maybe 80~90%. Almost raw food though. I still like eating bread and rice, cooked vegetarin food so I'm eating but the portion of amount is lesser than before. I just eat a little now. Mainly I eat raw vegetables more and now love making salad & my own dressing. It's nice.

Yesterday
morning: a cup of water, grapes
lunch: almond milk, veggie spring roll (I'm using rice papers so almost raw)
dinner: veggie salad, a piece of bread, cooked veggie food(Japanese vegetables and mushrooms)

Watermelon Skin Pickles


My mom used to make these after cutting watermelons when I was a kid. We call these "Pickles" but it's not like pickles. No sour, no salty.

Usually most people throw away the skin part, you can eat like this. It's juicy.

The first time

Hello, readers.
Usually I'm writing my journal in Japanese in another blog. I want to share my thoughts and life in Japan through the internet in the world so I dediced to write in English too. Especially I want to write about vegetrian foods. Recently I started to try the life style of Natural Higiene. It's also called "Fit for life" in the United States. I just started reading the book but I already changed a new way of eating. Fruits in the morning, Raw vegetables for lunch and dinner. It seems quit good for me. I feel many changes in my body already. I don't know if I can keep writing here. Writing in Japanese is much easier than in English. My English is not so good enough to express all my feeling and thoughts but at least I can tell something. I would like to get know about some people who are also vegeterians or raw foodiest in various countries.
